What It Does
The concentrated version of SLES. This thick paste is what manufacturers use to make shampoos, body washes, and liquid soaps. At 70% concentration, it's much stronger than the liquid version - you dilute it with water to create your products.
Why Use The Paste
- Super concentrated - makes way more product per kilo
- Cheaper per batch than liquid SLES
- Takes up less storage space
- Perfect for medium to large production runs
- Same great foam and cleaning power
How Much to Use
You'll dilute this first before making your final product.
Basic dilution: Mix 1 part paste with 1.5-2 parts water to get liquid SLES
Then use in your formulas:
Shampoos: 10-15% (of the diluted version)
Body Wash: 8-12%
Hand Soap: 10-15%
Or work directly with paste if you know your formulations well. Just remember it's 70% active, so adjust amounts accordingly.
Real Talk
This paste version is for people making larger batches or running a business. It saves money and space, but you need to dissolve it in warm water first. Takes a bit more work than the liquid, but the cost savings are worth it.

Storage
Keep the container sealed tightly. Store in cool, dry place. The paste can thicken in cold weather - just warm it gently if needed. Shelf life: 18-24 months.
