Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain return authorization.
Discretion for Refunds
The discretion to issue refunds lies solely with D-Roots. Each return or refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund requests depending on the condition of the product, the reason for return, and other factors deemed relevant.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as customized products or products that have been opened and used, are not eligible for a return or refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, subject to our discretion.
